Please understand that if you are selected to adopt, the adoption fee and contract are due in full within 1 week of receiving your pet. If you decide within that week after receiving your dog not to move forward with paying the fee and signing contract, our rescue will pursue a new home for our dog. Once adoption fees are paid, they are non-refundable. Unauthorized vet bills are not our responsibility. We can provide documentation for vaccinations, spay/neuter or any other procedures our dogs have received while in our care, however, as we are a rescue, we do not have full knowledge of our rescue dogs' health history prior to us acquiring them, other than our services performed.

Submitting this adoption application includes :

Understanding that this form is for the sole purpose of registering to become an adoptive parent. You understand that submission of this completed form is not a guarantee that you will become an approved adopter.
If your application for adoption is approved, you will be required to sign an adoption contract after you receive you dog and complete a home check virtually or in person.
All adoption fees are non-refundable.
