Ángel was rescued by the Nayarit green patrol and immediately taken to their vet where he stayed for 3 weeks. Apparently he had been poisoned and cut with something on his side. It’s possible he was hit or impacted with something to due to the darkening of his skin, like a bruise. We simply do not know what happened but his coat has filled in nicely and you can’t see the “scars”. He was reported as being found in the trash. He was in a coma at the vet for 2 weeks. He miraculously survived and is now in our care, as the government does not have a shelter. He is super sweet and continually seeking affection. He is very quiet but also has a very playful side. He does great around the other dogs. A really nice dog who would do well in most any home!
