We were contacted about a dog who had been found roaming alone in Valle Dorado. She was rescued and protected by someone who had posted for several days with nobody claiming her. She looked to have a little mange starting and was slightly underweight when she came into our care. She settled in pretty quickly and does great with other dogs. She loves being held and also rolling around and laying on her back. We planned to spay her then discovered she had already been done. This leads us to believe she once had an owner and was abandoned.
Ayana is a little doll and is currently undergoing vetting protocols. We estimate she will be fully ready for adoption early December. She can be applied for now and reserved. She is small but is already likely too long to fit/travel in cabin. She still has a bit more growing to do as well, but we’re guessing she will stay around 25lbs max. She for sure has chihuahua in her; look at those ears!! We don’t expect this cutie to be available for long.
