Franklin is part of our “Peanuts” litter, a group of four tiny pups found all alone near Mezcales. A kind couple searched for their mother but sadly never found her. Unable to keep the puppies and unsure what to do, they turned to us for help. At just 3–4 weeks old, Franklin and his siblings were fragile and small—true little peanuts. Today, Franklin is thriving, full of playful energy and puppy charm. We suspect he and his littermates will stay on the smaller side of medium, making them perfect companions for both cuddles and adventures. We do not know the parents.
Franklin is joined by Linus, Lucy, and Sally, each with their own unique personality. Together they remind us why rescue matters: because no puppy should be left behind.
Franklin is ready for adoption, and he’s eager to find a forever family who will give him the love and security he deserves. He absolutely loves people and other dogs. The entire litter LOVES playing in the water. He is the biggest of the litter. We are estimating he will be 25-30lbs, but it’s always difficult to know when we don’t know the parents. For sure he will be a small/medium dog. He is already too large to fit in cabin.
