Milo

Male-chihuahua mix

Age: July 2010 | Weight: 8kg

We were contacted by someone when the saw Milo alone in the street in San Vicente. He had a horrible skin infection on his back and some open wounds, which looked like bites. We think he was attacked by anther dog. The one wound was so infected it was filled with maggots. He’s estimated to be a super senior. Milo quickly healed and his fur has grown back in. Do to his age and the risk of surgery complications, we will not be neutering him. We don’t plan to adopt Milo out as he’s too large for an in cabin bag and we think the stress of travel isn’t worth it for such an old guy. He will stay in our care for the remainder of his life. He’s such a nice dog who does really well with the other dogs. We’re very happy to have him as part of our pack!
