Prada is a gentle female dog who came to us after being abandoned with her mother and nine siblings. A kind caretaker sheltered the family until we could step in.

Prada is a sweet little girl, her exact lineage is unknown. What we do know is that she thrives around other dogs but struggles deeply with people. Prada carries a profound fear of human interaction. Despite years in our care, most of us have never been able to pet her.

Because of this, Prada may never fully overcome her fear, and she will likely remain a forever sanctuary dog here with us. She is technically adoptable, but any adopter must understand the reality: it could take months—or even years—for her to come out of her shell, if she ever does. She needs someone with extraordinary patience, compassion, and a lifelong commitment.

Prada’s sanctuary journey is not about what she cannot do, but about honoring who she is. She is safe, loved, and surrounded by canine companions who bring her joy. For Prada, the gift of sanctuary means dignity, security, and the freedom to simply be herself.
