Regina has been with us for several years, after being abandoned to the streets of Bucerías. This gentle soul has faced vision loss — one eye is blind and the other is compromised — yet she continues to live life with grace and joy.
Despite her challenges, Regina is still quite active for a senior. She loves going for walks, wagging her tail as she explores, and she especially enjoys relaxing on a couch or comfy bed where she can soak up affection and rest.
Regina’s sweetness shines through in everything she does. She is a cherished sanctuary dog, and as her sight continues to decline, we are committed to giving her the safety, comfort, and love she deserves for the rest of her life.
She reminds us daily that senior dogs, even with limitations, have endless love to give and deserve every ounce of care.
