sadie

Female-labrador mix

Age: January 2024 | Weight: 19.5kg

Sadie was rescued in early August 2024. She was spotted on Tondoroque road some time ago, along with Suni. After seeing them again and realizing they were getting thinner, we found out they definitely had been abandoned. We originally thought they lived or belonged to workers at a construction site. But, they did not. She is missing some hair on her back. The skin seems to be scarred; it almost appears as though she was burned. She gets along with other dogs and loves people. She was quite underweight and in the bones, as they say in Mexico, but is already at a great weight. She is a great dog!

Sadie likes to play fetch but doesn’t always understand bringing the ball back. She’s around many dogs all day and does really well. She walks very well on leash with our volunteers. She does like to be the center of attention if multiple dogs are around, but can we blame her?! She’d be a great dog to take on adventures and is a great size.
