Tigger
Male-mixed breed
Age: March 2020 | Weight: 22kg
🐾 Our Social Sanctuary Boy
Tigger’s journey began in La Cruz, where he was rescued after being hit by a car. The man who found him initially promised to care for him, but within a week was already posting to rehome the dog. In June 2022, we were unable to bring Tigger into the shelter due to lack of space. Thankfully, a kind neighbor of the shelter, Nancy, stepped in and offered him a safe haven as a forever foster.
Today, Tigger enjoys a wonderful life at the nearby ranch, where he comes and goes as he pleases. He is very dog‑social and has formed close bonds with Nina, Zorro, and Pinto. We continue to provide all of his veterinary care, medications, and food, ensuring he has everything he needs to thrive.
Tigger will remain a cherished sanctuary dog, living under our care for the rest of his life unless a special home arises where he can truly be free. In the meantime, you can help support him by becoming his sponsor — giving this resilient, social boy the security and love he deserves.
