On January 19, Vinny came into our care after a concerned community member in San José found him injured and bleeding, with multiple open wounds. It was clear he’d been attacked—likely by another dog, or possibly more than one. He was rushed to our veterinarian, where he received immediate treatment and sutures for his injuries. Thanks to fast action and expert care, Vinny is now healing well and showing incredible resilience.
Though we’re still getting to know him, one thing is certain: Vinny is a joyful soul. He’s playful, toy-obsessed, and absolutely loves chasing a ball. Vinny appears to be a retriever/shepherd mix.
