Willy

Male - Lab Cross

Age: August 2021 | Weight: 23 kg

Willy was found outside the shelter on March 27, 2022. He's a really nice boy who was likely hit by a car; broken tail, fractured teeth, and other wounds on his body. He gets along with the other dogs and loves people. Willy has urinary and bowel incontinence; likely due to being hit by a car. At times you can see a little turd where he was laying, so he does occasionally drop those. The same can happen with his pee but it’s harder for us to monitor since he lives outside at a shelter. We did try electromagnetic therapy to try and stimulate the muscles inside but he didn’t improve. He can have some food aggression; mostly he wants all of the food! Aggression could be due to him being fed around 10-15 other dogs. He does fine if he’s monitored; as in one of us being in the same area. Otherwise he’s great around other dogs. He loves toys and playing fetch. He’s in an area with many different dogs, all ages and sizes, and is never kenneled. He’d love an active home but mostly he’d be happiest with lots of love. This sweet boy really would love a home and to be out of the shelter. He’s waited so long and really only wants to please.

Because he’s classified as “special needs”, his adopt fee is only the cost of the flight.
